Oh My, Cindy!

One of our favourite brands has to be The Balm – it is just one of those brands we can’t get enough of. This love for The Balm started a couple of years ago when our
beauty-in-chief Lisa first spotted the Mary-Lou Manizer in a make-up tutorial video by a Swedish blogger. She knew right there & then that she HAD to have this awesome highlighter.

At the time, only very few European stores carried the brand and the only option was to order it from a Scandinavian webshop, but she couldn’t get over her absurd fear of ordering pressed powders online (she’s scared they might break during shipping and still prefers not to buy them online).

This tragic love story finally came to a happy ending when she discovered a 3-for-2 deal on the Balm in a drugstore in Spain. Needless to say, she stocked up on luminizer and picked up some other fabulous product as well (bronzer!!!!).

Fast-forward to the present…and the Balm has launched Cindy-Lou Manizer, a subtle highlighting, peachy blush that not only comes in the Balm‘s signature gorgeous, retro-style packaging, it’s also easily applicable and creates a lovely glow.

We ordered one for our BTQ team to try last week (it seemed like a good idea at the time & Lisa apparently has no problems with OTHER people ordering powders online ;D) and are in absolute LOVE with it, so we’re definitely ordering more!
